Security & Trust

Built on a secure foundation.

How Vibbiz hosts, transmits, and protects data flowing through this website and the IoT monitoring platform it represents.

This page is maintained by the Vibbiz team to answer common security questions about the Vibbiz website. It is not an independent certification.

Hosting & transport

  • Hosted on a global edge platform with HTTPS/TLS enforced on every request.
  • Static and server-rendered content is served from edge locations close to the visitor.
  • HTTP traffic is automatically upgraded to HTTPS.

Data on this website

  • The Vibbiz marketing site does not store customer plant telemetry.
  • Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Live plant telemetry, when you become a customer, is governed by a separate data-processing agreement signed at onboarding — not by this website.

Cookies & analytics

  • The site uses only essential cookies needed to render pages.
  • No third-party advertising trackers are loaded.

Access & authentication

  • The public site requires no login.
  • Customer dashboards delivered as part of a Vibbiz deployment are protected by per-customer authentication, scoped access, and audit logging — details are covered during onboarding, not exposed publicly.

Shared responsibility

  • Platform provider — hosting, TLS termination, edge security.
  • Vibbiz — application code, content, integrations, customer support.
  • Customer — on-premise sensor network, local credentials, plant-side access control.

  • Expected acknowledgement: within 2 business days.
  • Please don't publicly disclose the issue before we've had a chance to respond.
  • Include reproduction steps and any relevant URLs in your report.

What this page does not claim: Vibbiz has not been independently audited against SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar frameworks. We will update this page when that changes.
